The Grange of Prince Edward Estate Winery Select Pinot Gris 2011
Dry with a medium body and attractive tropical fruit notes. This wine spent 24 hours in contact with the skins to add a little colour and some character. About 10% of the wine also spent time in oak. Refreshing and clean. Pinot Gris food pairings: light fare, seafood.
