|VC: Alto Adige's Santa Margherita wanted to make a fruit-forward, Mediterranean-meets-New World red wine. To achieve this in Italy, they sourced the grapes from the island of Sicily, which enjoys a warm climate. The result is a vibrant, blackberry- and pepper-scented Syrah.|
