Santa Margherita Chianti Classico 2007
Terrific richness and mouth-watering juiciness! Fleshy, plush plums roll across your senses followed by a tumble of ripe dark field berries wrapped in a hint of mocha. Close your eyes and take another sip of this full-bodied wonder. Chianti Classico food pairings: Swiss steak, spicy meat and tomato pizza.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|The quiet nose begrudgingly gives up aromas of floral and spice while the expressive smooth and mellow flavours spill out willingly – pie cherry, black currant and spice-laden blueberry. It’s mid weight, deftly balanced with a dry, mouth-watering, mid-length finish that layers on wisps of oak and racy cranberry. Score: 4 (out of 5) Source: Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com|
