Robert Mondavi Winery Fumé Blanc 2009
Robert Mondavi Winery Fumé Blanc 2009 Wine Review
Crisp, dry and fresh with a lemon-lime lift through the core. Very deft/light use of oak preserves the refreshment of this wine and its versatility with food.

|Darlene Myers rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:|
When I tasted this wine, I liked it so much I bought 2 bottles. Dry and crisp with fresh flavors of lime, honeydew and lemongrass. This wine is 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Semillion. A great wine I am looking forward to drinking again soon.
|Mondavi adds 10% Semillon to round out the Sauvignon Blanc. Sixty percent of the wine is barrel fermented, and then all of it is aged, sur lie, for a period of time in French oak. This 2009 Fume’ Blanc exhibits a nice creaminess balanced with good acidity, delivering floral aromas and flavors of tropical fruits including passion fruit, guava and grapefruit. These flavors continue on to the nice finish. Source: Steve Ferree, examiner.com|
