A juicy chewy blend of lusciously ripe grapes: 60% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. Savoury with black cherry aromas and flavours and purple plums, licorice and anise. A smooth, full-bodied texture and weight with a nice mouth-watering bite for food. Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Carla rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review: I grew up in the sand and gravel business. In my teens I even drove a front end loader and filled dump trucks with granular from one of my dad's several gravel pits. When I saw this wine, I had to buy it. It was a gift to my brother for his birthday. We truly enjoyed it. It was a beautiful wine to sip and reminisce with.
