|The grapes for this wine were sourced from organic vineyards owned and operated by Andrew Pearce. Our Quality Assurance Laboratory has determined that this wine contains 10 mg/L of free sulphur. Deep youthful colour leads to aromas of plum, currant and black pepper. All the aromas replay nicely on the palate. Dry and fruity with good acidity bringing it all into line.
