Terrifically fresh and vibrant! Like a basket of white melons on a summer afternoon. Lovely as an aperitif or companion to many dishes. Pinot Blanc food pairings: grilled fish, fresh oysters, summer salads or creamy pasta dishes. This Mission Hill Family Estate Five Vineyards Pinot Blanc 2011 was reviewed by June 22, 2012 Natalie MacLean

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review: A lovely Canadian wine. A great white to have on an evening while chilling with friends. Can easily be drank alone or goes well with sushi. I felt it had a light smell of apple and a light acid taste of pear and pineapple.
Ripe fruit with refreshing acidity is the hallmark of this Pinot Blanc. Intense aromas of yellow apple, peach and nectarine fill the glass, along with hints of spice. The palate is full of ripe fruit notes and is backed by citrus infused acidity.
