Malivoire Riesling 2011 Wine Review
Lovely and light with sunny notes of green apple and white melon. Terrific aperitif or companion to seafood. Great craftsmanship. Riesling food pairings: sushi, lake fish, grilled pork with rosemary. This Malivoire Riesling 2011 was reviewed by March 16, 2013 Natalie MacLean

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Malcolm Lamont rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review: A lovely Ontario offering from the escarpment! In the range of sweetness levels that Riesling so versatilely exhibits, this falls in the off-dry category (roughly a 2 out of 5 for sweetness). Lots happening on the nose, with pear, citrus, minerality (think light rain on hot pavement), apple, and some spices as well. Nicely rounded out on the palate and a refreshing amount of acidity that nicely balances out the residual sugar. The only shortcoming here is lightly noticeable bitterness on the palate, but a lovely wine and a great value!
Simply stunning Riesling with attractive notions of lime, pear, orchard blossoms, river stones and lemon meringue pie. It’s got a kiss of sweetness counterpointed by a wave of fresh, mouth-watering acidity, all the while displaying lovely balance and expression. Lime and mineral echo on the crisp finish. This is Riesling lovers’ Riesling. A real beauty. Aromatic & Flavourful. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Jan. 2013
