Super delicious but huge acidity, so this wine needs (cries out for) food! Big black fruit, dark chocolate. Supple and need I say, full-bodied. Have yourself a giant plate of spaghetti and meatballs or spicy sausages. Don’t forget your napkin. Valpolicella food pairings: spaghetti and meatballs, spicy sausages.
