Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|Medium ruby with a hint of garnet in the glass, the Village Reserve Pinot shows bright aromas of red cherry, strawberry and cranberry along with sandalwood, smoke, vanilla and red roses. It’s very dry and has the curious combination of mouthfilling weightiness and delicacy. The attractive ripe fruit flavours are balanced by lively acid and medium grainy textured tannins. Balanced and structured, it should continue to offer pleasure over the next 3-5 years. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
