La Crema Pinot Noir 2007
One of my favorite California Pinot Noir producers: consistently delicious. Redolent of ripe, fleshy cherries, plums and raspberries. Terrific acidity to balance the plushness of the fruit. Lingering finish to contemplate tomorrow’s plans. Sigh.
