L.A. Cetto Petite Sirah 2010
L.A. Cetto Petite Sirah 2010 Wine Review
One of the best values year after year when you want straight-up black fruit pleasure. Trimmed with oak, but not too much.... But hey you're seriously not analyzing this at $11.95? Thought so. Fire up the grill. Petite Sirah food pairings: spicy black bean dishes, grilled steaks.

Petit Sirah is not a grape I taste on a regular basis. This wine was a lovely deep ruby. Aromas of candied fruit and red licorice on the nose. Palette married those aromas with blackberry, vanilla and alcohol. Makes a fantastic everyday red.
|Petite Sirah is widely produced in California, where it is used to add structure to Zinfandel, but in western Mexico it has developed a reputation as a stand-alone variety. L.A. Cetto are particularly adept with Petite Sirah, crafting deeply coloured wines that are loaded with notes of black pepper and tea. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, undated.|
