Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|Mark Cochrane reviewed this wine as follows:|
A clean smooth Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige in the north eastern part of Italy. It has pleasant aromas of pear and citrus with a medium bodied feel probably due to the 4 months aging on the lees which also gives it a slight sweetness of honey, pear with some lemon. This Pinot Grigio can be paired with a cold chicken pasta salad or seafood chowder.
|This gorgeous Pinot Grigio displays the fresh aromatic fragrances associated with cool-climate, mountain winemaking. Layers of jasmine, tangerine, cut grass and white almond appear on the bouquet, giving this wine a delicate and feminine personality. A spicy touch of acidity drives the clean, bright finish. Score: 90. Source: Monica Larner, Wine Enthusiast, Aug. 2012|
