|This Icewine is made from Cabernet Franc, which produces a very attractive, pale red-cherry hue. The wine is full of sweet strawberry and ripe cherry character. The producer suggests you can try Pelham’s signature Kir Catharine (i.e., pour 1 ounce of this Cabernet Franc Icewine into 3 ounces of a traditional method sparkler, such as their Cuvée Catharine Brut).|
