Henry Of Pelham Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2011
Very balanced and well-rounded without being heavy. Lovely green apple notes with some toasted hazelnut on the finish from the barrel fermentation and aging. There's fresh baked broad sprinkled with some cinnamon notes on the finish. Lovely! Chardonnay food pairings: crab legs, corn dishes, stuffed chicken breast.
