|Barbaresco is made from the Nebbiolo grape and is considered to be more approachable, if no less complex and compelling, than its neighbour Barolo. Fontanafredda’s Santa Vittoria presents abundant aromas of blackcurrant, woodspice and black licorice. The palate is medium bodied, smooth and dry, with fine tannins, juicy fruit and fantastic structure. Nice length to the finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
