|100% stainless steel and, to preserve optimum fruit freshness, foregoes acid-softening malolactic fermentation. Lovely aromas of orchard blossoms, peach, pear, apple and wet stones. Medium bodied and quite ripe yet bone dry, with bracing acidity throughout and a mineral edge to the finish. Very refreshing – a lip-smacker of a wine. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
