Errazuriz Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 Wine Review
Mocha, dark chocolate and black plum on the nose. Quite a tannic grip so decant for 2 hours or give it the cellar time it deserves. Full-bodied and rich in flavour and satisfaction. Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rack of lamb, grilled steak, grilled pork tenderloin, burger.
