Dao Sul Sociedad Vitivinicola Quartetto 2008
Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: September 11, July 26, September 12 and March 7.
Dao Sul Sociedad Vitivinicola Quartetto 2008 Wine Review
Full-bodied and smooth with pleasant black fruit aromas and flavours. Incredibly great price. Food pairings: hearty lamb stew, grilled steaks, all-dressed pizza or antipasto with cured cold prosciutto and sopresatta.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|Quartetto comes by it's name from the four indigenous grapes used to make it. Aragonez, Alfrocheiro, Alicante Boushet, and Trincadeira. Rich in blackberry aromas, plum and hints of warm spice. Mouthfilling with a lovely texture of integrated tannins and a fresh bright note to balance.|
