Cathedral Cellar Chardonnay 2009 Wine Review
Fantastic Chardonnay: big, oaky and buttery yes, but not too heavy. Generous and rich with flavour yet balanced. I love the wines from this producer. Ripe peaches and pears with layers of lovely rich flavours. Very satisfying. A Grand Ole Opré wine. Pair with: lobster, king crab in butter, Asian dishes with black bean sauces, pork, seafood or recipes that have a cream base.
