Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
|Bernard Boutinet’s family has grown grapes and distilled wine for 150 years, but it was just 20 years ago that he began producing Cognac under his own name. Made exclusively from fruit sourced in the Fins Bois appellation, this complex seven-year-old VSOP is gently perfumed, with notions of candied fruit, warm spices and hazelnut. A contemplative wonder, and an ideal treat at the end of a brisk autumn day.|
