Zenato Pinot Grigio 2009 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 87/100Vintages Wine Panel: Pinot Grigio is enjoying unprecedented popularity, and Alberto Zenato’s modernist approach to winemaking has helped take the grape in exciting new directions, creating wines of considerable intensity. This refreshing version is rife with citrus, floral, pear and mineral flavours leading to a lengthy, crisp finish. My note: Mildly flavoured white with crisp and refreshing acidity. No heavy oak. Good aperitif.
Pinot Grigio food pairings: poached sole, steamed mussels.
