Generous oak yields toasty, vanilla-smoke aromas. Some ripe fleshy pear and peach comes through on the mid-palate. Full-bodied and soul-warming.

Chardonnay food pairings: white fish in a ginger-lime sauce.

Aromas of straw, apples and lime accented by a touch of cinnamon spice. Very well made, and Chablis-like. Medium bodied with a racy acidity and crisp minerality. Notes of green apple, lime, spice and lightly applied oak leading to a crisp and delicious finish. Excellent with a wide variety of seafood and fish dishes. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
