A zesty white with notes of lime and grapefruit. Mouth-watering: it cries out for food from shellfish to salads to quiche.
Riesling food pairings: grilled whiting accompanied by a squeeze of lemon.

Like biting into a crisp, cool spring day with lots of lemon, lime, green apple and mouthwatering acidity. Light and easy to drink with a lingering juicy finish.
|Fruit for the Yalumba Y Series Riesling 2010 is sourced from our traditional grower base in the Barossa region. Over many years, these vines have delivered consistently excellent Riesling grapes from a variety of soil types across the district. Gentle processing of the grapes, and the use of only the clearest juice, followed by a cool and even fermentation, ensured the fresh flavours of the variety are preserved in the final wine.|
A pale straw with green tinges, the Yalumba Y Series Riesling 2010 is a light to medium bodied style of wine. Aromas of fresh apple blossom and grapefruit are complemented by subtle hints of cinnamon, paw paw and lavender. The fine palate shows flavours of lemons, lime peel and grapefruit. The light body of the wine is enhanced by a juicy acidity and fruit-tingle-like persistence.
