Deep, resonant Viognier for those not afraid of flavour. Dare you! Beautiful and exotic with white floral notes in this vibrant white wine. It's smooth yet characterful in the mouth. Some apricot-peach on the finish. Perfect for mild curries and spicy dishes.
Viognier food pairings: mild curries, shellfish, ham, poultry, Emmental cheese.

|Sara M - WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:|
A fruit-forward, concentrated blend of pear, grapefruit, red apple and honeysuckle. Well balanced with fresh acidity and a spicy, long finish. This wine is best enjoyed cool to enhance the flavour profile. Pair with seafood, chicken in puff pastry or enjoy on it's own.
|This vibrant white wine won a Gold Medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2013. The wine is made from 100% indigenous yeasts. Kudos to winemaker Louisa Rose. Try this style and compare it to those from the Rhone region of Condrieu. - Community Wine Reviews|
