Natalie's Score: 91/100

Vintages Wine Panel: Intense nose featuring pronounced minerality, lime, apricot and pear. Off-dry with a lively acid freshness bringing the wine into balance. Low alcohol (8.4% alc./vol.) is a nice asset. Juicy and tasty with good mineral tones coming to the fore. Medium bodied with a medium, aromatic finish. It will also reward 5+ years in a cellar. My note: Truly one of Niagara’s riesling masters. This incredible white is packed with flavour: bursting at the seams! Yet it’s also incredibly refined and ephemeral. Angel juice

Riesling food pairings: shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
