Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fragrant nose with red currants, baking spices, earth and mocha, followed by a delicious palate showing ripe strawberries, forest floor, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, subdued oak and a touch of magic. Silky smooth mouthfeel and a long subtle finish. I'll be buying this one agan.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Smooth, medium(-)-bodied with pale ruby colour. Subtle aromas of cherry, strawberry, smoke, barnyard. Palate has bright acidity with tart cherry, and a somewhat bitter herb finish. Pair with mild game, roasted or grilled chicken, turkey, seafood.
Tasted: May 2015
Old World Pinot Noir at its affordable best, which is a rarity. Enticing dark cherry notes on the nose, good acidity and balance on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
