Classic amarone with gorgeous concentration: black cherry liqueur, smoke and dried herbs. Mouth-watering and complex with layers of depth and length. Wow.

Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico food pairings: aged cheeses, herbed lamb stew with raisins.

Absolutely gorgeous Amarone that offers complex aromas of cherry, pomegranate syrup, chocolate and spice cake. Plush, full bodied and mouthfilling with gobs of rich fruit and spice, and pinpoint balance. A delight to drink. Sip this all on its own after a fine meal. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Nov. 2012
