Vintages Wine Panel: Pale straw with bold and pure notes of pink grapefruit, freshly cut grass, white flowers, Granny Smith apples and clementines. Dry with very focused and refreshing aroma replays, especially the grapefruit. Medium body, great length and a palate-cleansing finish. My note: Lovely herbal and lime notes blended seamlessly with lanolin and lemongrass. Refreshing aperitif or an accompaniment to a wide range of dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon Blend food pairings: steamed mussels, oysters in a saffron broth, chicken with cream sauces, asparagus quiche, sushi.
