A staggeringly great value. Got a wedding or graduation party? This is your bubbly. Tasty, toasty and bright with green apple refreshment. The Veuve Ambal finishes with white floral notes and lime zest. The vineyards from which the grapes are sourced have a similar topography to the neighboring region of Champagne to the north. Pair with fried chicken. Incredible!

Crémant De Bourgogne food pairings: fish, seafood.

Russell McDowell rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Very nice wine at a great price! Very complex taste even at this price. Went back out to get another 6 bottles!
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Delicate nose of vanilla, biscuit and mild pear, followed by a palate of pear, biscuit and hazelnuts. Delicious honeyed hazelnut finish.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Fresh, crisp and great for any occassion bubbly! Moderate intensity aromas include: floral notes, peach, yeasty notes and minerality. The palate shows mostly citrus and minerality. Overall, a light crisp refreashing bubbly that pairs very well with friends and holiday gatherings. Tasted Dec 2015.
Corinna Horton rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Veuve Ambal makes some very fine bubbly. Light pear and clover heighten this for me. Sharing much of the same topography, sparkling wines from Burgundy are every bit as good as those of the neighboring region of Champagne, at half the price. A good pop for the buck. (Try their Brute Rosé, fragrant & fruity.)
This French sparkling wine won a Gold Medal at the 2010 Burgondia d’Or de Nuits-Saint-Georges wine competition. This Burgundian bubbly is redolent of fresh field daisies and Asian pear. This winery's Grande Cuvée has tiny persistent bubbles. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
