Vintages Wine Panel: This Chardonnay is packed full of layered aromas and flavours with juicy pear, nectarine, banana and peach in particular showing through on both the nose and the palate. Vibrant and well-balanced, this will offer you an interesting and delicious counterpoint to chicken in cream-based sauces. My note: Nice balance with good mix of pear, green, butter and oak. Full-bodied but not heavy. Great price.

Chardonnay food pairings: chicken in cream-based sauces.

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

I hadn't had a lot of Chilean Chardonnay's when I tried this one, but I really enjoyed it. Aromas of green apples and a vanilla notes and it had that smooth buttery creamy feel on the palate. A nice full bodied Chardonnay with French oak influence, but still that fresh fruit taste. This smooth wine will be a great compliment to chicken, especially a nice roast chicken.
