Lemon freshness in a glass with a lovely rich lanolin texture. The perfect wine that is stylistically between sauvignon blanc and chardonnay.

Brookdale Semillon food pairings: seafood, salads.

A single vineyard wine from the Pokolbin Hills
Estate vineyard. This vineyard has long been the source of top semillon for
the Tyrrell’s winemakers and now has its own label. After a relatively cool
fermentation, the wine spent minimal time on yeast lees and was quickly
bottled to maintain freshness. No oak fermentation or maturation. The wine shows a classic semillon nose of lemons and
limes, whilst on the palate it is impeccably balanced being dominated by
citrusy, lime characters with great length of fruit and a soft, approachable
acid structure.
