A light, refreshing and mouth-watering white from winemaker Craig MacDonald. Lovely lifted aromas of lime and lemon zest makes this a great aperitif. Great concentration yet it's not heavy in the slightest. This is a VQA-designated wine. The wine was cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve its fresh fruit purity. Great aperitif or seafood companion. Pinot Grigio food pairings: salads, seafood, cheese, poultry, pasta with chicken and garlic. Splendid Salad Wine

Playfully subtle aromas of ripe white peach, apple and pear echo on the crisp, mineral-kissed palate. The consummate food wine, nice sipper too. Source: Vintages Wine Ratings and Reviews, Sept. 2013
