Classic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with grassy good aromas and herbal refreshment. Terrific acidity for food. Clean and crisp.

The folks at Concha Y Toro believe in the power of threes, since their Trio series is a resounding success. The threesome in this case are the trio of valleys where this Sauvignon Blanc is sourced: Casablanca and Limarí in the north, and the more central Rapel Valley. Fairly exuberant on the nose but not over the top, it features grapefruit, stony mineral, pea pod and floral notes. It’s quite dry with bright citrus fruit and savoury grassy flavours. The acidity is intense and racy and suggests that this wine will show its absolute best with food. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
