Trapiche Malbec 2007 Wine Review

Natalie's Score: 86/100Vintages Wine Panel: Bright ruby color; jammy cherry aromas with mocha hints; medium bodied with bright acidity and cherry, mint and leather flavors on the medium finish. My note: Tasty, full-bodied goodness with black plums, cherry-vanilla and smoke. Lovely black pepper notes give this wine an extra umph.
Malbec food pairings: hard cheeses, empanadas, medium curries, spices, pepper steak, poultry, pork.
