Lovely nose of white peach and pear with no oak. Pure and refreshing. Medium-bodied.

Chardonnay food pairings: figs, fruit-touched cheeses, Dungeness crab and roast chicken.

Primarily sourced from vineyards in the Oliver area, this Chardonnay went through tank fermentation, using three select yeasts and cool fermentation to enhance and develop complex fruit expressions. This fresh, unoaked style exhibits the true character of the grape with hints of melon, pie spice and citrus on the nose. The palate reveals Granny Smith apple, mineral notes and strawberry. A medium finish, with crabapple and cream.
