Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: March 5, February 26, September 11 and July 26.

|Sourcing grapes from four, premium Chardonnay vineyards allows for considerable flexibility in blending a championship wine. Some contribute spiciness and others show expressive fruit flavours. Barrel-fermented using three distinct yeast cultures and barrel-aged for 10 months in a blend of French and American oak. Full malolactic fermentation delivers a hint of creamy texture. The nose opens up with vanilla, butterscotch and citrus. The palate suggests fresh berries, lemon pastry, a hint of marzipan and tropical secondary flavours like dried mango with a long finish.|
