Grapes sourced from the Oliver & Naramata vineyards. A full-bodied, balanced chardonnay with toasty oak and some marzipan notes. Chardonnay food pairings: rich, soft cheese, crab cakes, veal or butternut squash ravioli.

Sourcing grapes from four, premium Chardonnay vineyards allows for considerable flexibility in blending a championship wine. Some contribute spiciness and others show expressive fruit flavours. Barrel-fermented using three distinct yeast cultures and barrel-aged for 10 months in a blend of French and American oak. Full malolactic fermentation delivers a hint of creamy texture. The nose opens up with vanilla, butterscotch and citrus. The palate suggests fresh berries, lemon pastry, a hint of marzipan and tropical secondary flavours like dried mango with a long finish.
