Strawberry aromas on the nose and dry, refreshing on the palate. Crisp and lively. A blend of chardonnay (56%), pinot noir (19%), muscat (12%), cabernet franc (7%) and merlot (5%).

Rose food pairings: grilled salmon, roasted ham, fresh strawberry and goat cheese salad or spicy Asian dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

The fresh fruity flavours of a white with the slight tannic effect of a red. What a wonderful combination. The first sniff offers a combination of gooseberry and floral notes. Take a sip and you will find an overall impression of fresh summer berries joined with the slightest hint of rhubarb and peach cobbler. A slightly off-dry wine ready for chilling on the patio.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
