Strawberry aromas on the nose and dry, refreshing on the palate. Crisp and lively. A blend of chardonnay (56%), pinot noir (19%), muscat (12%), cabernet franc (7%) and merlot (5%). Rose food pairings: grilled salmon, roasted ham, fresh strawberry and goat cheese salad or spicy Asian dishes.

The fresh fruity flavours of a white with the slight tannic effect of a red. What a wonderful combination. The first sniff offers a combination of gooseberry and floral notes. Take a sip and you will find an overall impression of fresh summer berries joined with the slightest hint of rhubarb and peach cobbler. A slightly off-dry wine ready for chilling on the patio.
