Mocha-coffee goodness wraps around black fruit and smoke. Full-bodied and smooth with a nice grip. Decants for a 1 hour.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: barbecued gourmet sausages.

|Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
I think this wine is terrific. The name Toasted Head comes from burning or toasting of the staves of the oak barrel for that toasted taste. The Cabarnet Sauvignon is full-bodied and the toasted oak flavour comes through on he nose and the palate. Gret with steak, it also compliments all grilled foods. A staple in my wine rack!
|Toasted Head refers to the process of toasting the tops and bottoms (plus the staves) of the oak barrels, which imparts a more enveloping toasty oak character to this wine. Typically aged for 18-20 months in a mix of French and American oak, this delicious Cab features toasty vanilla, rich black fruit flavours and a lingering finish. Ideal for leisurely enjoyment.
