Vintages Wine Panel: This Pinot Grigio, from an area known for crafting serious white wines, displays a delicate bouquet with hints of pear and candied fruit. It’s dry, round (from the extended lees ageing) and medium bodied with a fresh seam of acidity that gives the wine fine balance. The ever-versatile Pinot Grigio pairs easily with all sorts of appetizers. My note: I recommend this zesty, zippy Pinot Grigio year after year. Consistently great producer with attractive white melon, grapefruit and white peach. Love it! Pinot Grigio food pairings: appetizers, asparagus dishes, seafood courses.
