Okay, they suggest pairing this with air -- yes oxygen. Guess this BC white wine is pretty versatile. Love the humour. Medium-bodied with spicy floral note. Perfect for seafood and breathing.

Food pairings: Air.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Refreshing assemblage of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Auexerois. Juicy and supple with mouthwatering acidity. A born to please BC white with crowd pleasing charm. Paired well with a hearty South East Asian vegan lentil stew and easily sipped on its own. Tasted Dec 2016. Rated 88/100.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Fresh perfumey floral and citrus notes with blast of lemon curd. Mellow and off-dry palate with a zingy acidity. Serve chilled on a hot patio and pair with prosciutto wrapped melon. Tasted Dec 2016 - @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
