Gooseberry, lemon and lanolin with a terrific vibrancy yet there's also an underlying richness. The best of all worlds.
Sauvignon Blanc Semillon food pairings: grilled crab cakes.

|Holly Bruns rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:|
This is a crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc that sits somewhere between a Loire and a New Zealand version of the grape. There are hints of gooseberry and asparagus, but the wine stays fairly subtle and has a big citrus profile; chalky minerality adds some complexity. Light and mouthwatering the lime flavours really come out on the finish.
|Reminds us more of the classic New Zealand style, and that’s high praise when it comes to crafting Sauvignon Blanc. Melon, gooseberry, nettles, grapefruit and fresh herbs/grass are the prime aromas on display. Dry with taut, mouthwatering acidity bringing exceptional refreshment here. Medium length with a fresh finish. Perfect wine for palate cleansing between courses. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.|
