Natalie's Score: 92/100

A lovely pink bubbly with aromas of ripe raspberries and strawberries. A toasty finish makes this wine refreshing and satisfying. This rose Champagne is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Perfect for a Valentine's Day toast and dinner.

Non-Vintage Brut Rosé food pairings: salmon, paté, chicken, pork, shellfish.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
