Natalie's Score: 93/100A blend of the Bordeaux red varietals plus Gamay and Syrah. A stunning red, one of Canada's best. Incredible layers of length. Notes of mocha, coffee, blackberries and smoke. Supple and smooth. Full-bodied.
Cabernet Sauvignon Blend food pairings: tacos, peking duck, black pudding, veal marsala, baked or grilled eggplant.

|Michael Langton rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:|
Elegant, structured but not too tannic. Just drank in 2012 and it is drinking well but has lots of life left. The gamay gives the wine an interesting feminine side. A very impressive bottle with a more red Loire Valley style.
