Lovely notes of fresh-cut grass, chives, limes, passionfruit and green apples on the nose. This medium-bodied white has a crisp, vibrant mouth-feel with a zingy, gooseberry-tinged finish.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: smoked salmon, asparagus risotto, herbed chicken, spicy sausages, Thai shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig rated this wine as 90/100
Bella Mcdowell rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine has a grassy nose with notes of citrus and green apple. The wine tastes of grapefruit and pear with an intense finish and nice acidity. A really solid Sauvignon Blanc!

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
