Reviews and Ratings

Founder/winemaker Rob ‘Sticks’ Dolan is dedicated to producing fresh, fruit-driven wines from the relatively cool Yarra Valley. In his youth, Dolan played professional Aussie Rules football where his six-foot-six frame earned him his nickname. After showing his talents as a winemaker with some of Australia's most illustrious producers, his sporting nickname seemed a natural choice for his own winery. This mix of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Viognier shows great teamwork as a full-bodied, bright, crisp wine with pretty peach, nectarine and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
