Classic Californian chardonnay in all its glory! Buttery and rich with lovely green apple notes in the mid-palate. Long finish. This signature Californian chardonnay is sunshine in a glass: all the warm and richness you want, yet the cooling breeze or balance, fresh fruit and just enough acidity to pair well with roast chicken or turkey.
Chardonnay food pairings: lobster tail, scallops seared in butter, barbecued pork kebabs, cheese fondue, turkey.
Terrific Turkey Wine

Reviews and Ratings
|Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:|
Pale lemon in colour with flavours of pineapple, melon, lemon, coconut, cashews, vanilla, butter, and toast. With full body and a creamy mouth-feel, the acidity refreshes on the long, warming finish.
Drink now, or cellar until 2016.
Pair with lobster, grilled chicken, or enjoy on its own.
Date tasted: March 2014.
