Viscous and full-bodied with lovely layers of white melon. This wine is medium dry (MD) but the sweetness really isn't apparent because of the balancing acidity. Terrific!

Pinot Gris food pairings: grilled duck sausages, mildly spiced Asian dishes.

Quite pretty with aromas of peach, ginger, apricot, pear and clover. It’s just off-dry, medium bodied, soft and supple with ripe apricot, peach and spice on the palate. It’s plump but with enough acidity to keep it vibrant. Finishes sweet and spicy. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
