Herbal and grassy with big mouth-watering acidity for a variety of dishes. Medium-bodied and food-friendly. Lime zested on crushed stones on the finish. Yum! Try it with vegetarian pizza.

I love a crisp Sauvignon Blanc wine and this one did not disappoint. I love the grassy vegetal flavors and the lemon acidity that comes from a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. This one had some tropical fruits that I just love. A beautiful wine to have with vegetables, shellfish, Sushi and salad.
