Crisp, dry and refreshing with attractive notes of peach and pear. terrific aperitif or companion to seafood.

Pinot Gris food pairings: semi-soft artisanal cheeses, firm fish and spring vegetable risotto..

This wine is all about texture and length. On the nose, it’s meaty with hints of toast and honey-dew melon, on the palate there’s richness and weight, a slight ‘grippiness’ in the mid-palate and a long mineral finish. Good now, and will age for 5-7 years.
